Our aim is to:

Support adult social care in Coventry and Warwickshire to develop and evolve to deliver personalisation

This means:

We will support providers to develop their organisation and the skills of their staff to provide appropriate services, enabling people to live as independently as possible

 We will help providers understand the changes in supply and demand in the Adult Social Care market to enable them to adapt to provide choice for people in Coventry in Warwickshire.

 To achieve this we will:

• Support workforce planning with data, analysis and processes

• Provide information, advice and guidance 

• Increase the number of organisations we work with 

• Identify and access funding for workforce development

• Promote local interests regionally and nationally
